Caelum is a small constellation that can be seen from the southern hemisphere. It represents a chisel, the sculptor´s tool.
As the chisel to a sculptor, our hands are to us the tool of winemaking.
ABOUT CAELUM
Caelum is a boutique winery which is also family-run.
The first vintage was 2009, after several years of dedication to growing and selling grapes to nearby wineries.
The winery is located 30 minutes away from Mendoza downtown, in Agrelo, the heart of Lujan de Cuyo, one of Argentina’s most important wine regions.
The annual production of Caelum is around 70.000 bottles, and with pasion, the aim is to achieve the highest quality producing a minimum impact in the environment.
